My experience sits at the intersection of technology, design, and marketing. I have built digital platforms and led communications and onboarding initiatives at JPMorgan, and shipped creative work across film, theatre, and brand strategy.
Creative Technologist - JPMorgan Private Banking
2022 – Present
I work with Business and Operations stakeholders to turn requirements into shipped digital workflows and real-time dashboards, improving decision-making across Wealth Management and delivering more reliable, faster services for Private Bankers.
Marketing & Communications Lead - JPMorgan Diversity, Opportunity and Inclusion (DOI) Committee
2024 - Present
I lead marketing communications for DOI initiatives, owning editorial strategy, creative direction, and collateral across channels, including a quarterly firmwide newsletter revamp that grew readership to 200,000+ employees, a 65% increase.
APAC Representative - JPMorgan Analyst & Associate Committee
2023 - 2024
Selected as one of two APAC representatives among ~8,000, I organised and ran events across career development, corporate engagement, community building, and DOI for early-career professionals, bringing regional needs into the committee’s programming.
Design Executive - Perspectives Film Festival
2020 - 2021
Led a four-person design team for Singapore’s largest student-run film festival, and owned the festival’s creative across the website, social media, festival programme book, and merchandise, driving a 60% surge in Instagram followers and doubling website engagement.
